I totally agree with Vanita Kohli-Khandekar’s ‘Saving the face of Indian Journalism’, Dec 30, and hope that it gets some people thinking, just as it got me thinking. I am in the media business as well and have seen the new generation of media professionals out there lap up everything being given to them without raising even basic questions as has been pointed out. It was quite refreshing to read the way the author summed up things and I do hope that this triggers some change in the media.
