Judging by the reaction of foreign investors in the US, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Rajnath Singh's impact on them has been zero. The main problem is language. One of them was quoted as telling BJP leader Vijay Jolly (who arranged to take Rajnath Singh there): "The next time you bring someone out, make sure they can speak English." Who knows if the irony was lost on Singh after his latest anti-English tirade.
