Broom-wielding government babus and ministers have managed to create quite a spectacle in the national capital a day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially launched the Swachh Bharat campaign. Though many found the work awkward, some ministers, in fact, proved quite adept at using the broom. Insiders said Human Resource Minister Smriti Irani and Telecommunications Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad were the two who have, so far, appeared most comfortable using the jhadu.'
