Undue credit for Modi

Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi for some of the previous government's policies appears to be in vogue. At a recent launch of an affordable housing project in Gurgaon, realtor Supertech Chairman and Managing Director R K Arora effusively praised Modi for his vision of housing for all and providing a policy for developers to launch such initiatives. Arora appears to have either forgotten or overlooked the fact that the affordable housing policy was framed and notified by the Congress state government in Haryana and not the current government.
