Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Saturday said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's media interaction a day earlier appeared a farewell press conference.

"It was like a farewell press conference," Nitish Kumar told the media here. He said he was personally disappointed.

"Manmohan Singh hardly made any statement on the economic condition in the country and announced no new steps to strengthen the economy."

The prime minister announced in New Delhi Friday that he will not seek a third term.
