Vodafone customers can now get Traffic Updates, Railway Information

The Traffic Update on dialling 800 will notify customers with round the clock information on traffic conditions in the city. Additionally, a caller can also lodge a taxi refusal complaint. This service is available toll free to all Vodafone subscribers in Kolkata.

The Railway Information facility will help customers by providing status on train accommodation, availability, fare enquiry, arrival and departure schedules. Vodafone customers can avail of this service by dialing 139 from their mobile phones at Rs. 3 per call.
