Prime accused, Mohammed Rahman, had allegedly engaged the women to dance at the birthday party of his friend Mohammed Abdul Parvez on the intervening night of December 12 and 13 wherein his other friends also participated, police said.
According to police, the men allegedly molested the women dancers under the influence of alcohol when they refused to go semi-nude while dancing.
"When the women refused to dance with the men in a semi nude manner, the accused molested them. The women then ran out from the farm house and boarded an auto-rickshaw. But the accused stopped the auto-driver and beat him up. They also threatened him with dire consequences," the Cyberabad Police said in a release.
The accused were arrested under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the IPC.
