15-year-old girl molested by youth in Faridabad

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly molested by a youth at Bhanakpur village in the district.
The incident took place on August 23 when the victim went to the accused's residence to attend 'Satsangs' (religious congregation), police said today.
The 19-year-old youth, identified as Ravi, took the girl to an isolated spot and molested her, they said.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act yesterday, Investigating Officer ASI Rajrani said, adding, so far no arrest has been made.
In another incident, a 25-year-old woman was allegedly molested by her neighbour at Teekri Khera village here.

The incident took place on August 10 when the woman was sleeping on the terrace of her house and the accused, identified as Rafiq, barged into and molested her, police said.
When the victim screamed for help, the accused fled from the spot, they said.
A case has been registered in this regard, Investigating Officer ASI Rajbala said, adding, efforts were on to nab the accused.
