Accused Nitin Yadav, a resident of Rasgan village near Dharuhera, was arrested today and produced before the Justice Juvenile Board here, which sent him to Borstal Jail in Hisar, they said.
According to the victim's mother, her daughter was playing nearby her residence last night when Yadav alluringly took her to his house and raped her.
When the girl returned home, she narrated the incident to her parentts after which they approached the police and filed a complaint against the accused, police said.
Her medical examination last night at a local civil hospital confirmed sexual assault, they said.
