19-yr-old abducted, gangraped

A 19-year-old woman was allegedly abducted from here by her tenant and his friends, taken to Delhi and gangraped there, police said today.
The woman, a resident of Bagru town near the state capital, alleged in her FIR yesterday that she was abducted and raped by three persons in Delhi last month.
One of the accused, Laxmichand Meena, hailing from New Delhi, was a tenant at her house during his studies for nearly two years, the victim said in her FIR.
He, along with his friends, had abducted her, taken her to Delhi and raped her, police said.
According to the complaint, Meena had forced the woman to marry him at a temple in Delhi.

Police said the woman had gone missing on October 15 and was found in Delhi on October 21, but she had filed the case alleging rape only yesterday.

The case is under investigation, they said.
Meanwhile, a minor was allegedly gangraped by four persons in Alwar district.
In the FIR lodged at Malakhera police station, the victim alleged that the accused had caught hold of her when she had gone to relieve herself near her house on the night of Diwali and raped her.
"We have recorded the statements of the victim and her parents. No arrest has been made so far," police said.
