The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has declared the results of Rajasthan Administrative and Subordinate Service-2013, officials said today.
More than 2,500 candidates have been selected, of which 990 candidates will be appointed to Rajasthan's administrative, police, accounts and six other subordinate services, they said.
"RAS-2013 examination was cancelled in 2014 following which re-examination for prelims was conducted in October 2015 and the finals in April 2016," Chairman, RPSC Dr Lalit K Panwar said.
Personnel interviews, which began five months ago, were completed yesterday evening and results were declared around mid-night, he said.
Panwar said 26,486 candidates have been selected for various posts by the commission since August 2015.
"Action plan for the next six months is ready. In this period 16,680 selections will be made for various posts by the RPSC," he informed.
He said the RAS-2016 mains examination is slated for January 28 and 29, and examination for posts of sub-inspectors is scheduled for February 12.
Examination for Grade-II Senior Teachers is likely to be conducted in April and 10 lakh candidates are expected to appear for it, Panwar said.
"The RPSC is starting its one-time registration system from January," he said, adding the commission has conducted 132 on-line examinations till date.
