More than 2,500 candidates have been selected, of which 990 candidates will be appointed to Rajasthan's administrative, police, accounts and six other subordinate services, they said.
"RAS-2013 examination was cancelled in 2014 following which re-examination for prelims was conducted in October 2015 and the finals in April 2016," Chairman, RPSC Dr Lalit K Panwar said.
Personnel interviews, which began five months ago, were completed yesterday evening and results were declared around mid-night, he said.
Panwar said 26,486 candidates have been selected for various posts by the commission since August 2015.
He said the RAS-2016 mains examination is slated for January 28 and 29, and examination for posts of sub-inspectors is scheduled for February 12.
Examination for Grade-II Senior Teachers is likely to be conducted in April and 10 lakh candidates are expected to appear for it, Panwar said.
"The RPSC is starting its one-time registration system from January," he said, adding the commission has conducted 132 on-line examinations till date.
