The mishap happened today when a bike, with one Appu (18), his mother Shahnaz (40), sister-in-law Nazia (19) and niece Rabia (4) travelling on it, was hit by a truck, they said.
While Nazia and her mother-in-law Shahnaz were killed on the spot, an injured Appu and Rabia were admitted to the hospital and declared stable after treatment, they said.
The truck driver escaped the scene and a manhunt has been launched to nab him, they said.
