The incident took place on Sunday following which, Niyaj Khan (24), who allegedly raped the minor and Razzak Khan (25), who helped the prime accused in the abduction were today arrested, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Kiranlata Kerketta said.
She said the victim, hailing from Neemtana village, lived with her uncle at Sirali village and is studying in 8th standard.
"On Sunday, the accused came on a motorbike and took the girl to Jinwania village, where Niyaj raped her. The girl somehow managed to escape from the clutches of the accused and reached Sirali police station last night, where she lodged her complaint," the ASP added.
