2 held for supplying illegal medicines in UP

Two persons have been arrested for allegedly supplying illegal medicines, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, police along with health department officials intercepted a van and seized illegal medicines worth Rs 7-8 lakh which was illegally being brought from Uttarakhand, they said.
A case has been registered against the accused duo identified as Lokesh and Ankul Verma for supplying illegal medicines, police said.
