In the first incident, Manzoor Hussain (40) and Maqbool Ahmed (45) died on the spot and three others were injured when their car, which was on its way to Rajouri from Kandi area, skidded off the road and fell down into a deep gorge at Chadan in Rajouri district this afternoon, police said.
The injured have been shifted to a hospital for treatment, they added.
In another accident, six persons were injured, two of them seriously, when a State Roads Transport Corporation (SRTC) bus met with an accident at Jalebi Morh near Pull Doda in district Doda today, they said.
