2 killed as truck topples over cars in UP

Two persons were crushed to death and a woman was injured when a truck toppled over two cars near Jaroda village in Muzaffarnagar this morning.
The victims, identified as Manoj Kumar(45) of Roorkee and Ashish(40) of Haridwar, were on their way to Delhi in separate cars, when the mishap occurred on Delhi-Dehradun National Highway near Jaroda village, police said.
A woman, Sunita, also sustained injuries in the incident.
Policemen rushed to the spot after the accident and carried out the rescue operation.
The truck driver fled the scene, police said.
The cars were badly damaged in the accident.
