A home department release issued here said that DIG Basti Laxmi Narain has been replaced by DIG Intelligence headquarters, Syed Wasim Ahmed.
Laxmi Narain has been sent to PAC headquarters in Lucknow.
Superintendent of Police, SCRB Lucknow Sabharaj has been made the new SP of Kanpur Dehat in place of Wajih Ahmed who has been attached to the DGP headquarters in Lucknow, the release said.
Bharat Singh who had been attached to the DGP office in Lucknow will be the new SP of Jaunpur.
