The 21 acre campus of the management institute would come up at Aurangpur and Dadri Toe village in Jhajjar district at a cost of Rs 165.20 crore, an official release said today.
XLRI-Jamshedpur had submitted an application for grant of CLU permission to set up the residential campus in the state which would offer full-time management programmes along with part-time programmes for working executives.
A Letter of Intent has been issued to XLRI by Haryana's Department of Town and Country Planning, on June 9, 2015.
An application was received from Mata Amritanandmayi Math, requesting for grant of permission for CLU to set up the facility, it stated.
"Recognising the services rendered by Mata Amritanandmayi Math in health, education and other social fields, the state government decided to grant CLU permission in this regard and issued Letter of Intent on June 12 for setting up of the facility at Palwali and Badshahpur village at Sector-88 in Faridabad," it said.
The Kollam-based Math is an international charitable organisation for spiritual and material upliftment of humankind, which runs hospitals, orphanages, old age homes, hospitals, housing for the poor and also a five-campus university, it stated.
