The parents of the girls and some other people accused the three youths of eve-teasing and confronted them in front of police station, they said.
The irate people also damaged shops owned by the family members of the accused youths, SHO of Suket police station Bharat Singh said.
District collector Rohit Gupta and SP of Kota Rural Rajiv Pachar rushed to the town to bring the situation under control.
"The situation in Suket town is now under control. The three youths have been arrested," Pachar said.
A case under relevant sections of the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered against the three accused, the police said, the SHO said.
