Acting on a tip off, a police team raided the guest house at Sector 39 and arrested the accused.
The three women and others identified as Amit and Narender of Uttar Pradesh; Vikas Singh of Bihar; Deepak Kumar of Andhra Pradesh; and Pankaj of Maharashtra have been booked them under the Immoral Trafficking Act, police said.
All three foreign nationals failed to produce their passports, visas and other documents for staying in India, police said, adding they had also been booked under the Foreigners Act and the IPC.
