Divisional Forest Officer, Jalpaiguri, Sunita Ghatak said the three were on patrol in the forest area when they were attacked by the herbivore this morning.
While one of the injured had his stomach ripped open by the bison's horn, two others also suffered serious abdomen wounds.
The three were taken to Jalpaiguri Sadar Hospital.
