3 Noida cops challaned for violating traffic rules

Three Noida policemen were today challaned by traffic police for violating traffic rules.
1,484 vehicles were challaned today and cash fine of Rs.1,91,450 recovered, SP (Traffic) R N Mishra said.
489 were fined for riding without helmet, 365 without seat belt, 85 for jumping red light, 29 wrong lane driving, 35 over speeding, 50 no parking cases, 25 faulty number plates, 17 triple riding, 11 driving without licence, 29 without pollution certificate, 8 for dark films, one for hooter and 320 for other violations.
20 heavy vehicles were challaned for violating no entry orders, police said.
