38-yr-old man shot dead in Delhi
A 38-year-old man was shot dead in Dwarka's Chhawala area on Monday, police said.
The deceased has been identified as Dinesh, a resident of Chhawala village, they said.
Than Singh, who had borrowed money from Dinesh, came to his house and shot him before fleeing the spot, a senior police officer said.
The victim's wife informed the police about the incident at around 5 pm.
