Suresh Baitha was carrying the Ramnavami flag during a Ramnavami festival being observed today, police said adding that the flag came in contact with the overhead high tension live wire of 11,000 volts and electrocuted.
In another incident, a 35-year-old woman's body was recovered floating from Kkukhi river under Hydernagar police station area this morning, police said.
