4 women held for theft

Four women were arrested here
today in connection with a theft and Rs 9,200 was recovered from their possession, police said.
Police conducted searches in Buddha Garden situated in Chanakya Puri and nabbed Priya, Sakshi, Meenakshi and Sharmila - all residents of Rewla Khanpur village in Najafgarh.
The women had allegedly robbed off Rs 24,000 from one Dinesh Kumar when he was attending nature's call on March 21 in Buddha Garden, a police official said.
The arrested were produced in a court, which remanded them in 14-day judicial custody.
