The victim who works at a beauty parlour in Mehrauli, was reportedly invited by the accused men, whom she considered as her friends, to an apartment, not far from her parlour last evening, police said.
The woman alleged that the accused identified as Pawan (30) and Lovely (31) offered her a glass of water which was allegedly spiked with sedatives and raped her, they said.
The duo was arrested from their residences in the wee hours today, police added.
