The deceased were identified as Deepak Pal (25) and his wife Chandni (20), his mother Durgawati (50), sister Janki Devi (25), brother Dileep (19), Prabhawati (45) and a two-year-old girl, Inspector Kotwali Ashok Kumar Tiwari said.
Five others were injured in the accident, who were rushed to the hospital, he said.
All victims were residents of Taranpur village and had gone to perform puja after wedding of Deepak and Chandani on June 11, he said.
