Abhay Kumar Singh appointed PS to Agriculture Minister

IAS officer Abhay Kumar Singh has been appointed as Private Secretary to Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh.
Abhay, a 2004 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, has been appointed for five years or on co-terminus basis with the Minister's tenure, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training said.
He is presently working in his cadre state Bihar.
