The forum, led by expelled AAP leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan, has been holding 'Jan Sunwayi' (public hearings) on "proliferation" of liquor vends in the city.
"We had a 'Jan Sunwayi' at Vikaspuri area this evening. There are two vends in that area and women had been complaining about it. After the campaign, owner of one of the vends, removed its board, closed it and left," a Swaraj Abhiyan leader said.
"And, after the hearing, hundreds of people of the area gheraoed the second vend and demanded its closure," the leader said.
"People of the area have said that if these vends open again, then they would be made to shut down," he added.
Earlier, Yadav in his speech reiterated his accusation against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of giving sanction to open 399 liquor outlets in the national capital over the last one year.
