Later, a delegation of the organisation handed over a memorandum addressed to the Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmed to the deputy commissioner.
The demands included constitution of a commission for proper implementation of the Private University Act, setting up of a technical university to check migration of talent to other states in search of professional educations, and bringing about an act to rein in the mushrooming coaching centres.
