The 42-year-old actress, who will start her 15-month prison term due to multiple fraud charges next month, blamed the lawyer for her jail sentence, reported Deadline.
"Defendant Kridel, as a professional entrusted with the welfare of Plaintiff, committed egregious professional malpractice throughout the pendency of Plaintiff's bankruptcy case," said the 3-claim complaint filed December 2 in New York state court.
The statement said the lawyer cost the reality star money including as well as "reputational damage, public ridicule and derision" from the whole matter.
