The 'Real Chance of Love' star reportedly had trouble with vision and speech on Friday night before passing away hours later. He was 33, reported Ace Showbiz.
He underwent surgery in 2013 after he was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He began chemotherapy treatments this year when the cancer returned, but his condition reportedly got worse after he took a fall in January.
Ahmed Givens aka Real starred on VH1's dating show, a spin-off of the network's 'I Love New York', with his brother Kamal Givens aka Chance. It premiered in 2008 and got a second season called 'Real & Chance: The Legend Hunters'.
