Air Arabia flight suffers bird hit, lands safely in Jaipur

A Sharjah-bound Air Arabia flight with 165 passengers onboard suffered a bird hit during take off at the international airport here forcing the aircraft to land back, airport authorities said.
There was a minor technical fault in the plane, and 165 passengers were safe, they said.
The incident occurred yesterday at around 6:00 am when the flight took off from the Jaipur International Airport and had to make an emergency landing after a bird hit the plane, airport officials said.
The passengers were taken to hotels and the flight is being re-scheduled to take off this forenoon, the authorities said.
