Amit Kumar Garg is new NIIT Tech CFO

IT solutions provider NIIT Technologies today announced appointment of Amit Kumar Garg as the chief financial officer (CFO) of the company.
"We welcome Amit Garg to our leadership team. With his strong background and relevant experience, I look forward to his contribution in elevating our business performance," NIIT Technologies CEO and Joint MD Arvind Thakur said in a statement.
Garg will be leading the global finance function for NIIT Technologies and takes over from Amit Roy, who was appointed as the CFO in the interim.
He has 20 years of extensive experience across various financial roles, including corporate finance, corporate restructuring, cash management, compliance and controllership, the statement said.

The NIIT.Tv beta program has progressed well. Based on feedback from learners and the growth of courses, the course catalog has been enhanced, an intuitive learning dashboard has been introduced, and the proven cloud courseware system from NIIT's Cloud Campus has been integrated into NIIT.Tv.
