Vice President Hamid Ansari and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today greeted people on Holi, saying the festival of colours symbolises the unity in diversity of the country.
"Holi, which marks the onset of spring, is celebrated throughout the country by everyone, irrespective of class, creed or origin and symbolises the unity in diversity of our nation," Ansari said in his message.
The Prime Minister took to Twitter to greet people on Holi.
