The 22-year-old actor has also shared "an emotional piano version" of Shawn Mendes' "Treat You Better", reported Aceshowbiz.
Elgort took to Instagram on July 4 to share a video of him covering "Treat You Better".
He captioned it, "My take of Shawn Mendes - 'Treat You Better' Wanted to make an emotional piano version with some new chords :) In other news I'm putting 'Home Alone' up on soundcloud next week with a official release later this month."
Elgort gave Korean fans a first listen to "Home Alone" during his performance in June.
Featuring the group Too Many Zooz and the phrase "L'Chaim" (which means "to life" in Hebrew) throughout, the track is perfect for Bar Mitzvahs, clubs and EDM festivals.
