Minister for Minorities and Information and Public Relations Palle Raghunadha Reddy said iftar parties will be hosted at district collectorates on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr across the state on Friday.
The government will also distribute 11 lakh white ration cards and Muslims will get 5 kg flour, 2 kgs of sugar, one kg vermicelli and 100 grams ghee free of cost as Eid gift, the minister stated in a release.
These items would be available for distribution at all ration shops in state on July 14.
