Singer Ariana Grande has been announced as the opening artist for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards.
The 24-year-old singer, who is known for hits like "Side to Side", "Bang Bang", "Problem" and others, shared the news during her appearance at "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon".
Grande will perform from her upcoming album "Sweetener" during the televised event.
She joins previously announced musical acts BTS, Camila Cabello, Dua Lipa and Shawn Mendes.
Singer Kelly Clarkson will be hosting the show, which will be broadcast live on NBC.
