In the first case, Shab-e-Alam, father of four children, was arrested along with a teenage girl from behind Trikuta Complex in the bus stand area of the city yesterday, they said.
Alam, a resident of Hyderabad, had allegedly kidnapped the Burmese girl from Hyderabad and raped her, they said, adding that medical examination of the girl was conducted and she was handed over to her family today.
A case was registered in this connection and investigation started, they said.
The 25-year-old woman lodged a complaint in the Rajouri police station that Army jawan Shamsheer Hussain, presently on leave, forcibly entered her house when she was alone yesterday, they said.
On the basis of the complaint, we arrested the jawan posted in Rajasthan, they said.
Medical examination of the woman was conducted and the report is awaited, they said.
