ASP collapses and dies while talking on wireless set
Press Trust of India Tiruchirappalli A 57-year-old Additional Superintendent of Police of this district collapsed and died today while he was speaking on his wireless set, police said.
They said Ganesan fainted when he was leaving his house and was attending to wireless calls.
His wife rushed him to a hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Doctors suspect he might have died of sunstroke or acute dehydration.
Top police officials of the district paid homage to Ganesan.
