Baby boy found abandoned in bag

A few days old baby boy was found abandoned in a bag on the roadside here today, police said.
Police rescued the baby and admitted him to the government hospital.
Hospital authorities said the infant was healthy and would be handed over for care under state government's cradle baby scheme.
