She alleged that the father and son have violated conditions put by lower courts while granting them bails.
Barsha's petition is based on an FIR at Raibania police station in Balasore against the two for allegedly influencing witnesses and issuing threats to her family members.
The court while granting bails to Mohanty and his son had categorically said they cannot leave the state without permission of the court, cannot tamper evidences, cannot influence witnesses and co-operate with the investigating officer.
Basing on Barsa's allegation of physical and mental torture for dowry, the police had arrested the Mohanty, his wife Pritilata and son Raja Shree. While Mohanty and his wife were arrested from a flat at Shalimar in West Bengal, their son Raja Shree was nabbed near Cutack.
The Mohanty couple and their son were now out on bail.
Though Mohanty couple and their son Raja Shree were arrested, two other accused persons, Mohanty's daughter Rupasree and her husband Suvendu Madhual, got anticipatory bail from the High Court.
