The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 58.08 crore during the January-March quarter of 2014-15.
The company's net sales during the quarter under review stood at Rs 1,126.45 crore, an increase of 8.50 per cent as compared to Rs 1,038.13 crore in the year-ago period, Berger Paints said in a BSE filing.
During the 2015-16 fiscal, the company's net profit stood at Rs 369.77 crore as against Rs 264.7 crore in the previous financial year.
In a separate filing, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Re 1 per share.
The stock ended 2.35 per cent up at Rs 295.70 apiece on BSE.
