Though the commission's report is yet to be made public, it is understood to have indicted the previous BJP government in the state in the alleged Uttarakhand Seed and Terai Development Corporation scam.
"Bhati Commission's report is one-sided. The panel has delivered its verdict without hearing any of the parties. It is a deliberate attempt to malign the BJP," Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly Ajay Bhatt told reporters here.
Bhati Commission which is looking into a slew of scams that allegedly took place during the previous BJP government in the state submitted its report on Uttarakhand Seed and Terai Development Corporation scam to Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna here recently.
