Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today expressed profound grief over his death last night and announced state funeral for the departed leader, who was a member of the Bihar Legislative Council.
Council Chairman Awadesh Narayan Singh paid floral tributes to the RJD leader and recalled his contributions in the freedom movement.
