While replying to a two-hour special discussion over law and order situation, Water Resources Minister Vijay Chaudhary said that the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had rightly commented that the opposition strategy was "hit and run."
Chaudhary suggested that instead of "hit and run", they should "hit, sit and compete."
"What is this you hit us (by making serious allegations) and run out (stage walk out) during our turn to reply," the minister said and questioned their approach.
"If you want to prove us wrong on any issue in the eyes of citizens you must compete with us by remaining in House and listen to our arguments after levelling charges against us," the minister said.
But, Chaudhary's plea made little impact on the BJP members who once again trooped out of the Assembly before the government completed its defence on law and order situation.
