BJP workers to join Yoga programmes on World Yoga Day

BJP 'karyakartas' will join Yoga programmes organised by the Centre and the state governments in large numbers on World Yoga Day on June 21, a party release said here today.
It was decided at a meeting chaired by party's Jharkhand unit president Tala Marandi, while Chief Minister Raghubar Das was also present, the release said.
The party also decided that a meeting would be held on June 19 and 20 in Dumka.
In another decision, the BJP workers would participate in the plantation of saplings in July under the programme 'Hariyali Lao, Pani Bachchao' (bring greenery and save water) in all districts.

Senior leaders like party vice presidents Rakesh Prasad, Deepak Prakash, General Secretary Balmukund Sahay, MLA Ananth Ojha and several other leaders attended the meeting convened at the party office here.
