Anish was cutting a tree which got entangled in an electric pole and accidentally fell on the wall which collapsed, burying Ibrahim in the debris, police said.
The boy died on the spot, they said.
The incident sparked a protest by his family and neighbours who demanded Anish's arrest, police said.
