Net profit stood at Rs 34 crore in the year-ago period, the Bengaluru-based developer said in a regulatory filing.
Total revenue rose by 23 per cent to Rs 485 crore during the fourth quarter of the 2015-16 fiscal from Rs 394 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
During the 2015-16 fiscal, Brigade posted a 28 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 147 crore from Rs 115 crore in the previous financial year.
