Shyam Kishore Singh, resident of New Tilpat Colony, registered a complaint last evening accusing Gajendra Pathak, Ishravati Devi, Shivanandan, Ramnarayan, Geeta Devi and Rani Devi of selling his 400-square yards plot to another person using fake documents, a police spokesperson said.
A case of fraud has been registered against the accused, police said, adding that an investigation is on.
In a seperate incident, a case of theft has been registered against unidentified men on a complaint filed by one Vinod Dhingda.
